Calvin Edwards & Company has deep
expertise in organization, program, and grant evaluations,
and related qualitative and quantitative assessments, where
the purpose of the evaluation is to determine:
How effective an organization is and its likelihood of
success at achieving its mission
What the impact of a program has been, how well it has
achieved intended goals
How well a grantee has performed its agreed-upon project
tasks
We have performed more than 1,000 such
evaluations.
Calvin Edwards & Company’s organizational evaluations
are comprehensive and offered in four levels
of complexity and depth. Program evaluations may involve
conducting pre- and post-tests on clients served, as a
third-party evaluator for the donor. Typically, data is
analyzed using statistical software and insights and success
levels ascertained. Grant evaluations involve subjecting
grantees to an appropriate level of scrutiny to ascertain
the degree of compliance with grant terms.
In addition, Calvin Edwards & Company performs comparative
analyses of selected organizational parameters and program
metrics on multiple organizations (both grantees and
potential grantees) within a sector. This may involve the
design of rating criteria and the application of a rating
system to multiple organizations or programs to create
comparative performance levels.
